On occassions where goods are left impounded on site, possibly due to an on-site sale, arrangements are made for either mobile security patrols to attend or in extreme cases static security will be employed to safeguard the clients interests.
There has been occassions, where the bailff has attended site to undertake an enforcement action, only to discover that the Agricultural site is no longer used for it's intended purpose. In these circumstances, Hatwel Services will report the findings to the client and discuss the various options available.
Hatwel Services attended an Agricultural demised premises to be confronted with what appeared to be an unauthorised vehicle scrap yard. It was quite apparent that the vehicles on site had been left, by the tenant, on the site without permission from either the client or the relevant local authorities.
The Client was informed of the situation and that contamination of the land had occurred.

Immediate steps were taken to rectify the situation and within a week, the site had been cleared and returned to its original use, as a farm.
